The MG-M33H does not appear to be displayed in the product list on the front page.  No reps appear to be answering any questions about the MG-M33H. Firmware updates have been discontinued.   Is the MG-M33H an abandoned product?

May be EG-R3A is another best choice on DVB-T player.

We never really imported the 33H after we tested the samples (we only ever imported 2 units for testing) we decided not to support it....but you are seriously cutting off your nose to spite your face if you ignore the EG-R3.

The EG-R3 is a great product with some absolutely fantastic features which we intend to support locally at least here in Australia.

Thanks Streamaster!  I was very disappointed with the 33H and at this moment I am only 8 months into my warranty and the product has virtually been dumped by EGreat.

I have kept the 33H but I am looking for a second PVR. I know you have done some beta testing but I think I'll avoid the EG-R3 and purchase a brand with a proven track record.

In your product description on your web site there are promises of features to be released in future firmware for this unit:
7. Full internet browser, currently chinese menu next firmware spin will support english
8. yamj support in next firmware spin
There is no guarantee that there will be further releases. The 33H only had a couple!

For the sake of any R3a owners, I hope some firmware is released eventually to correct the current issues.

Even though the unit sounds like it shows great promise, I have to say that I am glad I didn't buy one at this stage.
(Hope poor general support and poor firmware doesn't sink the product like the 33H.)
