M31C, no Video signal

After 3 month good working right now strange problem.

Power On, -> box started , I see message "....media tank, Loading.."  ->  then black screen on TV and message from TV - "no video signal".  All other function on box looks OK, I can see this device in my internal network, can copy files.

I already try all video outputs, HDMI, Composite. RCA   - same problem.


any ideas how I can fix this?

Did you check the input option of your TV?There is a “inputâ€?or "source" key on your TV remote controller.

Please perform below action!
Press "TVMODE"(on the remote control) at first,then press ''1''(on the remote control).It would be changed to NTCS mode.Please try below method if the displayer no sigal.
Press "TVMODE"(on the remote control) at first,then press ''2''(on the remote control).It would be changed to PAL mode.

Yesterday has received egreat has connected to the TV All Ok
But after updating on an official site of the version

On the TV not that does not show

The device reboot each 5 seconds
What for a problem?

you have to force install firmware.please read below website!
