Failed to recover fail-safe kernel

   My m32b had a bad firmware update and it will not boot. I tried the recovery procedure but i got a yellow indication which means that Recovery failed. Now what? any ideas on how to proceed from here?

	hi dear friend : it can not boot ,maybe because the firmware update is failed .so please use the recovery zip as following step by step . 1.please download the recovery files and the newest fw (what you want to renew )from our website ,and copy it by usb. 2.insert the usb in to EG-M32B 3.there are two files in the recovery one named boot-image.bin,one named up5fw2tp.bin,please rename the newest fw as up5fw2tp 4.please connet the EG-M32B with the tv via ypbpr or av 5.during its covery the tv will display four color : red : start recovery white pot with red screen : is recovering yellow: recovery failed white :recovey successful when it finished ,please reboot the unit ,please try again , if it also display the yellow,so you need rechange a flash ..good luck .

	can you descrip your recovery steps? or you can download the new recovery software of M32B,we upgrade the website design already,you can get the corresponding M32B recovery software,and try again~

	We have 02pcs M35A failed when turnon. only see hello~ on VFD and can not see anything on HDMI CVBS & compnent ouput. Can anyone help me ? pls helpme
